1 1/2 lbs steak
1/3 tsp salt
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tsp liquid smoke
1 tsp onion powder
1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
Marinate overnight. Cook on cake rack in electric fry pan all night at low setting.
