Crock Pots Barbecue Chicken Sandwiches



2 chicken breasts, boneless
1 bottle of barbecue sauce
1 bag on hamburger buns

Spray cooking spray into the crock pot and pour half the bottle of barbecue sauce into the pot. Place thawed chicken breasts on top of sauce and spread the remaining sauce on top of the chicken. Cook on low for 5 hours. Then take lid off and place chicken on a plate and shred it, placing it back in crock pot and mixing it into the barbecue sauce. Cook on low for 2 hours. Then serve with hamburger buns.

Barbecue Spare Ribs


Brown spare ribs. Bake in oven 2.5 hours at 250 degrees.

Barbecue Sauce:

Mix 1 part of honey to 2 parts of Heinz sauce.

Basting for Chicken


This is Keith Wayment's recipe

1 cup water
1 cup vinegar
1 square butter or margarine
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

Mix all together and put on chicken. Keep basting until done.

Bar-B-Q



2 1/2 lb Hamburger
1 large chopped Onion
2 cups Ketchup
2 cups Water
1 1/2 tsp Curry Powder
2 Bay Leaves
2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 tbsp Flour
1/2 tsp Chili Powder

Brown onion and hamburger. Sprinkle flour over meat and mix together. Combine Ketchup, water, and spices. Add to meat and simmer for 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Serve on sesame seed buns.

Barbecue Beef


Put 3 or 4 lbs Rump Roast in a crock pot with water. Add sliced onion. Cook over night. Start at high temperature, then turn to low until it is done. Then take off fat, break apart, and add barbecue sauce and heat up.

Grilled Chicken



1 cup Water
1 square Melted Butter
1/2 tsp or less Pepper
1 cup Vinegar
1 tsp Salt

Mix together. Put chicken in it and put on grill. Keep brushing on chicken. Keep turning chicken over. 1/2 hour cooking time.

Barbecue Chicken


4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
1 Bottle of Barbecue Sauce

In an 8 by 10 baking pan, lay out aluminum foil and spray cooking spray on bottom and sides. Pour a layer of barbecue sauce, evenly in the bottom, and place chicken on top. Pour more barbecue sauce on top of chicken. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook chicken for 40 minutes, turning the chicken over halfway through and adding more barbecue sauce. Add more barbecue sauce for taste and then serve.
