Crab Rolls

1 package of imitation crab meat
1/2 cup miracle whip
1 tsp of dill
2 stalks of celery
3 tbsp onion
salt and pepper
dash of lemon juice
6 hot dog buns, toasted

Shred crab meat in food chopper, as well as celery and onion.  I used minced onion instead of real onions. Mix veggies and crab with lemon juice and miracle whip.   Sprinkle with dill. salt, and pepper and stir. Refrigerate until cool.  Spread onto toasted hot dog buns and serve.  Serves 6.

Chicken Salad Sandwiches

2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
4 hard boiled eggs
3/4 cup mayo
1 tbsp lemon juice
Celery Salt, to taste
Salt and Pepper, to taste

Peel eggs and dice.  Add to shredded chicken.  Mix in lemon juice and mayo.  Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and Celery salt, and mix in well.  Chill for 2 hours.  Serve on bread.

Crock Pots Barbecue Chicken Sandwiches



2 chicken breasts, boneless
1 bottle of barbecue sauce
1 bag on hamburger buns

Spray cooking spray into the crock pot and pour half the bottle of barbecue sauce into the pot. Place thawed chicken breasts on top of sauce and spread the remaining sauce on top of the chicken. Cook on low for 5 hours. Then take lid off and place chicken on a plate and shred it, placing it back in crock pot and mixing it into the barbecue sauce. Cook on low for 2 hours. Then serve with hamburger buns.

Hamburger Patties


1 lb hamburger
1/2 lb of pork sausage
1 chopped onion
6 slices of sourdough bread soaked in milk
2 eggs
1 1/2 tsp of Italian seasoning
1 tsp Parmesan cheese
1 cup sour dough bread crumbs

Press milk out of bread and add to hamburger. Add eggs, Italian seasoning, cheese, and bread crumbs. Press patties of hamburger in bread crumbs. Fry in oil for about 7 to 8 minutes till brown.

Chicken Salad

This is Bardella Barker Marshall's recipe:

1 1/2 cups chopped celery
8 hard boiled eggs
2 boiled chickens

Mix all together with miracle whip.

Sloppy Joes

1 lb ground beef
1 onion
6 oz can Tomato Paste
1 packaged Sloppy Joe Mix
2 (10.75 oz) cans Vegetable soup
Salt and pepper
9 oz can Tomato Sauce
1/2 cup Water
1 green pepper

Fry onion and beef. Sprinkle contents of this package over meat and blend thoroughly. Stir in tomato paste, tomato sauce, vegetable soup, water, and green pepper. Bring to a boil and reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, add salt and pepper. Spoon meat over buns.
