3/4 cup margarine, melted 1/2
cup sugar
1 1/3 cup brown sugar 3/4 cup
peanut butter
2 eggs 3/4
tsp baking soda
1/8 tsp salt 1
tsp vanilla
2 cups flour 2
cups oats
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Mix margarine, sugars, peanut butter, eggs, baking soda, salt and
vanilla together. Stir in flour and
oats. Spread batter on buttered cookie
sheet. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes. Take out of oven and spread 1 cup peanut
butter that has been whipped on top.
When cool, frost with chocolate frosting.
