This is my grandmother Cleone's recipe:
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup shortening
2 eggs
2 cups oatmeal
1 cup milk
2 cups flour
1 tsp soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt.
Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes.

Homemade Bread
This is Lael Wall's recipe:
7 cups Unbleached Flour
2 tbsp Salt
2 tbsp Powdered Milk
2 tbsp Instant Yeast
2/3 cup Sugar
Blend together.
Add:
5 1/2 cups water
6 tbsp oil.
Blend then add 6 cups of flour.
Mix for 7 minutes.
Put in oiled bowl.
Let rise till doubled in size.
Punch down and let rise 40 minutes.
Punch down and let rise 20 minutes.
Roll out into 4 loaves.
Let rise 15 minutes.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Cherry Crumb Pie
1 frozen pie crust
1 (21 oz) can cherry pie filling
1/4 cup flour
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp butter or margarine, melted
Heat over to 425 degrees.
Spoon filling into frozen pie crust. In small bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, and butter, until crumbly. Sprinkle over filling. Bake 35 to 45 minutes until filling is bubbly.

No Bake Fudge
1 (20 oz) chocolate bar
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1 small bag chopped walnuts
Melt chocolate. Add milk, salt, and vanilla. Sit until well mixed. Add nuts. Shape into rolls. Refrigerate until cool. Cut into slices.
