Date Loaf

4 Eggs
1 LB Walnuts
1 LB Dates, chopped
1 Cup Sugar
1 Cup Flour
1 TSP Baking Soda
1/2 TSP Salt
1 TSP Vanilla

Stir dry ingredients and add dates and nuts. Add beaten egg yolks. Beat egg whites until stiff and add to mixture. Add vanilla. Bake 60 minutes at 275 degrees.
