Pork Chops with Apples


4 pork chops
3 apples
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup water

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Slice and peel the apples and place half of them in a greased 9 by 13 pan. Place pork chops on top of apples and add remaining apple slices on top. Sprinkle with brown sugar. Bake for 20 minutes. Baste pork chops with water and pan juices and add more brown sugar. Bake for another 20 minutes.
