This is Zig and Theresa Peacock's Recipe:
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cream of tartar
1/2 cup butter
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 cup flour
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 egg
Roll into 1 inch balls. Roll in cinnamon and sugar. Place 2 inches apart on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.
