Tempura Batter

2 cups Flour
3 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Salt
2 Eggs
2 Tbsp Oil
2 Tbsp Sugar
Milk (Enough to make a good stiff batter)

Dip cut up vegetables or uncooked shrimp into batter, then fry in hot oil at 375 degrees till golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
