1 cup milk
1/2 cup shortening

3 tbsp flour

In double broiler, mix canned milk with margarine. Mix in another bowl, water, sugar, and flour, to make a paste. Stir in hot milk. Thicken until it coats spoon. Serve over warm cobbler.
