Rocky Road Fudge

1/4 cup Butter or Margarine
1 2/3 cups Sugar
2/3 cup Canned Milk
25 large Marshmallows
1 cup Chocolate Chips
1 tsp Vanilla
1 cup Chopped Walnuts
25 mini Marshmallows

Cook and stir on stove until hot and smooth. Place in glass dish and let set.
