Danish Pancakes


2 cups Flour
1 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1 tbsp Sugar
2 Eggs
1 tsp Baking Powder
2 cups Buttermilk
1/2 tsp Salt

Beat dry ingredients with eggs, then add flour and buttermilk. Fill griddle cups 1/2 full of vegetable oil. Let oil boil before adding batter. Don't boil too long.
