Yams

3 cups Cooked Yams
1/4 cup Butter
3/4 cup Brown Sugar
3 TBSP Milk
1/4 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Lemon Rind
8 Marshmallows
1 cup Corn Flakes

Cook and mash yams, adding butter, brown sugar, milk, salt, and lemon rind. Shape into ball, placed on greased pan and place marshmallow in center. Cover and roll in flakes.
